Aurelien joined Stirling Square in 2016. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the TMT & Industrials sectors. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Aurelien holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Economics from Institut d'Administration des Entreprises.

Enrico joined Stirling Square in 2010. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Healthcare and Consumer sectors. He began his career at Deloitte within their Assurance and Corporate Finance teams. Enrico holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSc in Economics and Business from the University of Genoa. Enrico is a member of the Firm's Investment Committee.

Adriaan joined Stirling Square in 2019. Previously, he was an investment professional at Hannam Investments. He began his career in the Investment Banking division of J.P.Morgan, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Natural Resources sector. Adriaan holds an MBA from INSEAD, and both an MSc and a BSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.

Stefano co-founded Stirling Square in 2002. Previously, he was a Partner with DLJ Merchant Banking, the Private Equity division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, in New York and London. Stefano began his career at Bankers Trust in Milan and New York, where he worked in the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Acquisition & Structured Finance divisions. Stefano holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in International Economics from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. He is a fellow of the Karl F. Landegger Program at Georgetown University and of the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Stefano is the Chairman of the Firm's Investment Committee.

Hubert joined Stirling Square in 2023. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Morgan Stanley, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Financial Services sector. Hubert holds a Master in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris, a dual Bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po Paris (Social Sciences) and the University of Sydney (Economics), and a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Lorraine.

Chris joined Stirling Square in 2019. Previously, he worked in the Corporate Finance team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Healthcare and Business Services sectors. Chris holds a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Leeds. He is a CFA charterholder.

Manuel joined Stirling Square in 2019. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the TMT, Consumer & Retail and Healthcare sectors. Manuel holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSc in Business Administration and Management from ESADE Business School.

Jonathan joined Stirling Square in 2013. Previously, he was a partner at Palamon Capital Partners. Jonathan served as a consultant to Stirling Square from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, he worked for European Acquisition Capital and began his career at McKinsey & Co. He also served as an Officer within the Royal Marines. Jonathan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Geography from the University of Oxford. Jonathan is a member of the Firm's Investment Committee.

Christopher joined Stirling Square in 2017. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Morgan Stanley, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Healthcare, FinTech and Consumer sectors. He began his career at Accenture Strategy. Christopher holds an MBA from the London Business School and an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Kaiserslautern University of Technology.

Raymond joined Stirling Square in 2022. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of UBS, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Industrials, Services and TMT sectors. Raymond holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Management and Finance from EMLYON Business School.

Emeline joined Stirling Square in 2023. Previously, she worked as a Private Equity Analyst at Argos Wityu in Paris. Prior to that, she completed internships at Alvarez & Marsal, Argos Wityu and Degroof Petercam. Emeline holds an MSc in Finance from EDHEC Business School.

Maximilian joined Stirling Square in 2023. Previously, he was a Management Consultant at Bain & Company, where he focused on Private Equity clients. Prior to that, he worked for Advancy and began his career at The Boston Consulting Group. Maximilian holds an MSc in Management from London Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Ben joined Stirling Square in 2015. Previously, he worked in the Corporate Finance team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and restructurings. Ben holds an MBA from the London Business School and a BA in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Julien joined Stirling Square in 2008. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of UBS, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to that, Julien worked in the Merchant Banking division of BNP Paribas. He began his career in the Investment Banking division of J.P.Morgan. Julien holds an MSc from Grande Ecole ESCP. Julien is a member of the Firm's Investment Committee.

Henrik joined Stirling Square in 2017. Previously, he was the Co-Managing Partner of Segulah Advisors. Prior to that, he was at Nordic Capital, where he worked as both an investment professional and as President and CEO of CPS Color Group. He began his career as a consultant with Arthur D Little. Henrik holds an MSc in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Henrik is a member of the Firm's Investment Committee.

Faise joined Stirling Square in 2020. Previously, he worked in Investment Banking at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. Faise holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University and a BA in History and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Gregorio co-founded Stirling Square in 2002. Previously, he was a Principal at DLJ Merchant Banking, the Private Equity division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, in New York and London. Prior to that, Gregorio was at Bankers Trust in New York and Milan, where he worked in the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Acquisition & Structured Finance divisions. His previous experience includes executive positions in industrial firms in Europe and Asia. Gregorio completed the ETPJ graduate programme in Japanese management practices at Sophia University in Tokyo and holds a BSc in Business Administration from Università Bocconi. Gregorio is a member of the Firm's Investment Committee.

Matteo joined Stirling Square in 2013. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. Matteo holds an MSc in Mathematical Trading and Finance from Cass Business School and a BSc in Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi.

Claudia joined Stirling Square in 2023. Previously, she worked in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs and Citi Bank as an Analyst in their Structured and Leveraged Finance team. Claudia holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College Business School as well as an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Caterina joined Stirling Square in 2023. Previously, she worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in Milan. Caterina holds a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi.

Andreas joined Stirling Square in 2020. Previously, he was an investment professional at The Carlyle Group. Prior to that, he worked at Gunvor Group and began his career at Rothschild & Co, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Energy sector. Andreas holds a BSc in Management from the University of Warwick.

Guglielmo joined Stirling Square in 2020. Previously, he worked in Real Estate Private Equity at Morgan Stanley. Guglielmo holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BSc in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

Alex joined Stirling Square in 2023. Previously, he was a senior associate at Atairos and, prior to that, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in the Consumer, Retail, Healthcare sectors. Alex holds an MSc in Finance and Strategic Management and a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Toni Gillespie joined Stirling Square in 2021. Previously, she held senior roles in Human Resources at AMP Capital, Bridgepoint, Credit Suisse and UBS. Toni holds a BSc in Political Science from Queen’s University Belfast.

Ahmed joined Stirling Square in 2020. Previously, he worked in the Data Science division of Equinor. Prior to that, he worked in the Data Science divisions of Wipro Digital and JP Morgan. Ahmed holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis.

Pierre joined Stirling Square in 2022. Previously, he was Sustainability Managing Director at Ardian and, prior to that, he was a Sustainability Director at EDF Renouvelables and Technip. Pierre holds MBA from ESCP Business School and a MSc in Acoustic Engineering from the University Pierre et Marie Curie.

Marc joined Stirling Square in 2022. Previously, he was a director in the Portfolio Performance Team of Montagu Private Equity and, prior to that, he was a partner with Bain & Company. Marc has extensive work experience in Europe, North America and Asia. He served as Officer of the deck in the French Navy after graduating with a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris.

Chris joined Stirling Square in 2008. Previously, he was Business Manager and Financial Controller of the Private Equity division of UBS. Chris holds a BSc in Business Management from King’s College London. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Kerrin joined Stirling Square in 2022. Previously, she was a Vice President in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs. Kerrin started her career at Goldman Sachs in New York in 2014. Kerrin holds an MSc in Industrial Organisational Psychology from New York University and a BSc in Psychology from Marist College in New York.

Badal joined Stirling Square in 2023. Previously, he was Head of Insights & Portfolio Reporting at Montagu Private Equity, having started in Fund Accounting and Investor Reporting. Prior to that, he focused on audit services at EY and Nyman Libson Paul. Badal holds a BSc in Economics from University College London. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Pascal joined Stirling Square in 2016. Previously, he was a partner at MAB Partners. Prior to that, Pascal was a senior fundraising professional at EIM Group. He began his career as an entrepreneur in the mobile telecom and digital printing industries. Pascal holds an MBA from Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA in History from Hamilton College.

Elisabetta joined Stirling Square in 2021. Previously, she worked as a senior investment professional at CDPQ and TowerBrook and began her career in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs, where she focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. Elisabetta holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
